Room Attendant, Malmaison

Working as part of the Housekeeping team, you will ensure all guest bedrooms within the hotel are cleaned daily to the highest standards. You should have an eye for detail and high standards to meet our guests' expectations of a perfect night’s stay.

Malmaison offers a range of luxury and boutique hotels in 15 landmark locations across the United Kingdom. Known for style and hospitality, Malmaison provides exquisite accommodation with a relaxing atmosphere, along with sumptuous food and wine in our trademark Chez Mal Brasseries.

Role Responsibilities

1. Interact with guests, requiring conversational English and the ability to work independently.
2. Ensure all bedrooms are clean and tidy for guest arrivals and stays.

Working Hours and Flexibility

Typically, shifts are between 9am – 3pm, 5 days a week, with start times between 9am – 10am. Early start times and flexible contracts, including weekend work, can be discussed at interview.

Requirements

This role requires physical fitness to perform cleaning duties. Full training on chemicals and equipment will be provided. Experience isn't necessary, but a positive attitude and desire to contribute are essential.

Development Opportunities

Malmaison encourages internal development. After probation, candidates may enroll in our apprenticeship scheme, with the goal of training 100 new apprentices by year-end.
