Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas in a luxury hotel setting. The role involves replenishing amenities, restocking trolleys, and reporting maintenance or safety issues promptly while upholding high cleanliness and presentation standards.

Experience in luxury hospitality and conversational English are preferred, with flexible hours enabling various shift patterns.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and service areas to high cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Replenish guest amenities and supplies, ensuring rooms are fully stocked and welcoming.
• Restock housekeeping trolleys and maintain equipment in good working order.
• Follow daily room assignment checklists and report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with housekeeping supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Respond to guest requests courteously and efficiently, maintaining a professional and helpful attitude.
• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene protocols, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
• Support deep cleaning tasks and assist with special housekeeping projects as needed.
