The Edwardian Manchester Hotel is recruiting a Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. You will ensure guest rooms are cleaned to the highest standard and contribute to a warm, welcoming guest experience.

Previous housekeeping experience is preferred, ideally in a premium hotel; training will be provided. This role operates on a zero hours contract, with opportunities for progression and staff benefits.

We are currently recruiting for a Room Attendant for our Edwardian Manchester Hotel. This role comes with forward career progression. This position is currently on a zero hours contract basis.

Overview

• An amazing opportunity to join the Housekeeping team at The Edwardian Manchester Hotel. This role comes with excellent training and fast track career progression.
• As a Room Attendant you will be responsible for ensuring your designated rooms are cleaned to the highest standard and in a timely manner.
• You will work as a team, supporting your colleagues where necessary. This may include performing some ad hoc Housekeeping duties.
• You will greet every guest you meet with warmth helping with their needs where you can otherwise directing them to someone else who can assist .
• You will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is delivered at all times in line with our core values and standards which are to exceed guest expectations at all times.

About You

• Previous housekeeping experience is required ideally within a 5-star hotel operation. Training will however be provided.
• Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Is able to communicate with a basic command of English as a minimum.
• Has a positive attitude and approach to work.
• Understands the importance of teamwork and working together with others.
