Job summary

The Grand Hotel in Eastbourne, part of Elite Hotels, is seeking a housekeeping team member to maintain five-star standards across guest rooms and public areas.

You will carry out daily cleaning, spring cleans, replenish amenities, and work shifts including weekends and bank holidays; a friendly, team-focused environment with training provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of housekeeping in a hotel environment would be an advantage but not essential as training will be given.
• To be physically fit as heavy lifting is required.
• Possess a good command of the English language, both written and verbal
• To be a good team player who is positive and happy to help others

Responsibilities

• You will also carry out spring cleaning at regular intervals and check and replenish guest room amenities
• Hours offered will vary according to business levels, which will include weekends and bank holidays.
