Lore Group is seeking a confident, personable Host/Hostess for Sea Containers London’s 12th Knot, a renowned rooftop venue on the South Bank. This part-time role involves delivering outstanding service, greeting guests, managing reservations, and guiding guests around the venue and hotel.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, cherishing guest interactions and ensuring a memorable visit from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, friendly and professional first impression for every guest
• Manage reservations and seating using OpenTable and Micros
• Build genuine connections with guests, recognising regulars and enhancing their experience
• Anticipate guest needs and ensure a smooth, enjoyable visit from arrival to departure
• Communicate effectively with the restaurant, kitchen and management teams (including dietary requirements, celebrations, and special requests)
• Maintain a clear overview of the dining room to ensure efficient service flow
• Handle phone and in-person enquiries with confidence and professionalism
• Be a knowledgeable point of contact, guiding guests around the venue and hotel
