Job summary

CPR Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Site Manager to oversee external roofing and refurbishment works in Exeter, Devon.

The project involves two residential units: a flat-roof replacement and repairs to a pitched roof, commencing 12th October for 5-6 weeks. You will be the main liaison between site and office, manage labour and materials, and resolve on-site issues while ensuring compliance with safety standards (SMSTS, CSCS, asbestos awareness, and first aid).

Qualifications

• SMSTS required.
• CSCS card essential.
• Asbestos awareness and Fire Marshal (in date).
• First Aid Certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Ordering of Labour
• Point of contact between site and office
• Ordering of Materials
• Identify and resolve any issues with the project
• To be a point of contact for our client.
