Job summary

Build Recruitment is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to support an external refurbishment contract in Sutton. The role involves coordinating daily site operations, subcontractors, and ensuring works meet programme and quality requirements.

The project includes window replacements and roofing works; candidates will monitor health and safety, complete site records and drive delivery with attention to detail. CSCS cardholders and SSSTS preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant Site Manager or Supervisor.
• Social housing experience is preferred.
• Windows or roofing experience would be advantageous.
• Valid CSCS card.
• SSSTS preferred.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Available to start immediately or at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Support daily site operations on the refurbishment project.
• Coordinate subcontractors and monitor health and safety.
• Complete site records and ensure works meet programme and quality requirements.
