Responsibilities

• Managing multiple roofing contracts from start to completion.
• Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Managing programmes, budgets and project resources.
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients and contractors.
• Monitoring project progress and commercial performance.
• Carrying out regular site visits across projects.
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety requirements.
• Resolving operational or contractual issues.
• Working closely with the commercial and operational teams.
