Build Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Roofer to join our team on social housing contracts across the West Midlands, including Redditch. You will perform full roof replacements on council-owned properties as part of a roofing team, with a 40-hour week and an ASAP start.

This temp-to-perm long-term opportunity offers competitive pay (£20.27 per hour), uniform and PPE, and progression potential to price-work after probation. Immediate start with a quick Teams interview.

Qualifications

• Previous roofing experience and a trade qualification.
• A full UK driving licence.
• A strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Commitment to high-quality workmanship and health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Completing full roof replacements on social housing and council properties.
• Carrying out roofing works to a high standard with safety in mind.
• Working collaboratively as part of a roofing team across various sites.
