• Previous social housing/council house maintenance experience.
• Full UK driving license.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on domestic properties across the Sunderland area.
• Laying felt, replacing tiles, flat/pitched roof repairs and repairing guttering.
• Assist with boilers with vertical flues.
