Job summary

Build Recruitment are seeking an experienced Roofer to join their busy team on a permanent basis. You will work on commercial and residential roofing projects across Manchester and surrounding areas.

The role requires proven expertise in slate and tile, flat roofs, built up felt and single ply applications, with travel to various sites as needed. A CSCS card and driving license are essential.

Qualifications

• NVQ / C&G in roofing or equivalent (Desirable).
• CSCS Card in date.
• Asbestos Awareness.
• Both commercial and residential roofing experience.
• UK driving licence.
• Willing to travel to project sites; some work out of Manchester area.

Responsibilities

• Commercial Roofing on client sites.
• Residential Re-roofs on various properties.
• Slate and tile installation and repairs.
• Flat roofs installation and maintenance.
• Built up felt work.
• Single ply membrane applications.
• Sheeting and cladding on buildings.

The salary for this roofer position ranges from £35,000 to £50,000 based on experience and qualifications.
