Job summary

Workshop Recruitment is seeking an experienced Roofer for a permanent role in Fareham to deliver high-quality repairs and maintenance on social housing, schools and commercial properties. You will join a professional team, work on flat and pitched roofs and ensure safety and customer service standards.

The role requires a minimum of three years roofing experience, NVQ Level 2, a full UK driving licence and DBS check; PASMA/TETRA training is a plus.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Roofing Occupations or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of three years' roofing experience, ideally within social housing or property maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of roofing materials, repair techniques, and industry best practices.
• Ability to accurately diagnose roofing issues and recommend suitable repairs.
• Good communication skills with experience using mobile devices or PDAs to manage workloads.
• Well organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Full UK driving licence.
• PASMA or TETRA training would be advantageous.
• Successful applicants will be required to pass a DBS check before employment.
• Provide 2 x sources of references.
