Job summary

Hamilton Woods is recruiting a Roofer to cover Sheffield on a temporary-to-permanent basis. The role is full-time with a pay rate of £20+ CIS, plus a van and fuel card. You will work on-site for a public sector client and undertake roofing repairs, gutter and soffit work, and health & safety compliance.

A valid CSCS card and roofing qualification are required. Applicants should hold a UK driving licence and be able to carry out multi-skilled trades as needed.

Qualifications

Formal roofing qualification required.
UK Driving Licence and CSCS card required.
Experience in roofing repairs, gutters, and small refurbishments preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform roofing work, repairs and refurbishment.
Carry out gutter and soffit tasks as needed.
Measure and inspect repairs to ensure accuracy.
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Order materials as required.
Operate a PDA for work orders.
Support multi-skilled tasks when required.

We are currently working on behalf of a public sector client to recruit a Roofer on a temporary to permanent basis to cover Sheffield.

Responsibilities

Completing all aspects of roofing work including general repairs, maintenance and refurbishment
Completing gutter and soffit works when required
Measuring and inspecting repairs
Ensuring adherence to health and safety
Ordering appropriate materials
Utilising a PDA
Carrying out multi-skilled work when required
