Job summary

Options Resourcing Ltd is recruiting for a qualified Roofer to join a Lancashire-based roofing contractor. The role covers domestic and commercial projects across Lancashire and surrounding areas, with a strong focus on quality workmanship and customer service.

The successful candidate will handle roof repairs, re-roofing and leadwork while maintaining high safety standards. A full driving licence and CSCS card are advantageous; a permanent, full-time contract is offered with progression

Qualifications

• Experience with pitched roofing systems.
• Knowledge of slate, tile and flat roofing.
• Ability to diagnose roofing issues and carry out repairs.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• CSCS card is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out roof repairs and planned maintenance.
• Lead full re-roofing projects from outset to completion.
• Handle slate, tile and flat roofing works.
• Perform leadwork where required and manage safety standards.

Are you an experienced Roofer looking to join one of Lancashire's most respected roofing contractors?

I'm recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-run roofing company with an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality roofing and building services across Lancashire. Due to continued growth and a healthy pipeline of work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Roofer to join their expanding team on a permanent basis.

The Role

As a Roofer, you'll be working on a wide variety of domestic and commercial roofing projects throughout Lancashire and the surrounding areas.

Your duties will include:

• Roof repairs and planned maintenance


• Full re-roofing projects


• Slate and tiled roofing


• Flat roofing installations and repairs


• Leadwork


• Chimney repairs and repointing


• Fascias, soffits and guttering


• Diagnosing roofing issues and carrying out effective repairs


• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard


• Delivering excellent customer service on every project

Requirements

To be considered you'll ideally have:

• Previous experience working as a Roofer


• Strong knowledge of pitched roofing systems


• Experience with slate, tile and flat roofing


• Good understanding of roofing repairs and installations
  
• Full UK Driving Licence


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Excellent attention to detail


• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Desirable

• CSCS Card


• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Roofing


• Experience with leadwork


• PASMA or Working at Height qualifications (advantageous)

Package

• £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
