Job summary

Niyaa People is recruiting a Roofer for a large contractor based in Fareham. You will carry out responsive maintenance and repair work on domestic properties, covering flat, tiled and slated roofs.

This is a full-time role offering a company van, fuel card, and a benefits package including generous leave, pension, life insurance, and safety equipment. DBS check may be required prior to start, and a UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' trade experience, ideally in repairs or maintenance.
• NVQ Level 2 in Roofing Occupations (or equivalent).
• Experience working flat, tiled and slated roofs.

Responsibilities

• Carry out roofing repairs and maintenance on flat, tiled and slated roofs.
• Inspect roof defects to determine repair methods.
• Undertake minor carpentry work related to roofing tasks.
• Carry out minor lead or metal flashing works.
• Comfortable using the PDA.

I'd love to speak to Roofer who has:

• Over 3 years' trade experience, ideally within a repairs or maintenance environment
• NVQ Level 2 in Roofing Occupations (or equivalent)
• Experience working flat, tiled, and slated roods
• A full, valid UK driving licence
• Willingness to undergo a DBS check prior to starting

This Roofer role is offering the following benefits:
