Job summary

On Track Group Ltd. seeks a senior Quality, Health & Safety and Compliance leader for Machynlleth and Crewe ETD depot operations.

You will drive governance, risk management and compliance, and oversee audit programmes, corrective actions and continual improvement initiatives, ensuring robust training and workforce development. You will lead emergency preparedness, drills and response planning, and coordinate facility maintenance programs to ensure depot efficiency and regulatory adherence across

Qualifications

• Essentials: strategic thinking and strong communication.
• Engineering qualification or equivalent required.
• Experience in rolling stock production or maintenance.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and manage projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support audit programmes (9001/45001) with timely closure of findings.
• Deliver ongoing safety training and workforce development.
• Plan and evaluate emergency response exercises and drills.
• Provide leadership for QHSE management systems and governance.
• Drive continuous improvement from audits, incidents and lessons learned.
• Ensure environmental, quality and safety compliance across depots.
