Job summary

DPD Group is seeking an experienced Depot Quality Manager to join the depot management team at DPD Raunds. You will drive quality and compliance, analyse data to improve shipper experience, and ensure ISO, H&S, HR, and environmental standards are met on site.

You will lead and mentor office staff, attend meetings with the General Manager, and collaborate with internal and external contractors to maintain high depot performance.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of quality, audits and compliance within a transport setting.
• Awareness of CPC and O Licence requirements.
• Able to lead and motivate high‑performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive quality and compliance within the depot and improve standards.
• Analyse operational data and produce reports to identify non-conformances.
• Maintain a customer‑first approach in depot operations.
• Monitor H&S, HR, ISO, and environmental compliance.
• Coach office staff in company processes and procedures.
• Attend on‑site and off‑site meetings as directed by General Manager.
