Job summary

TES 2000 LTD is seeking a Quality, Compliance & Assurance Manager to lead and continually improve the company’s quality, compliance and assurance framework across rail operations. Reporting to the Head of SHEQ, you will own policies, governance and assurance processes to ensure ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 compliance, RISQS, and client standards.

• Proven experience managing integrated management systems in a highly regulated environment.
• Experience with RISQS, ISO certifications, and supplier assurance.
• Ability to translate legislation and client requirements into practical actions.
• Strong audit and governance capabilities.
