Watches of Switzerland Group is seeking a Rolex Quick Service Aftercare Technician to act as the showroom's technical aftercare expert, guiding clients from intake to collection with luxury service and expert repair advice.

You will assess timepieces, perform approved interventions and collaborate with Rolex service centres. Excellent communication and meticulous craft focus are essential for delivering an exceptional client experience.

Formación

• Excellent communication skills.
• Empathy and professionalism in handling client queries.
• Excellent hand/eye coordination.
• Good manual dexterity.
• Curiosity about craft; background in detailed process-led manual craft.
• Willing to work out of hours for VIP events.
• Willing to train in remote locations within the UK.
• Able to attend British School of Watchmaking 5 months on site course in Manchester (salary expenses paid).

Responsabilidades

• Assess timepieces and carry out approved technical interventions.
• Provide expert advice on repair and servicing requirements.
• Ensure a seamless client journey from intake to collection.
• Collaborate with clients, colleagues, watchmakers and Rolex service centres.
• Uphold high standards of quality, compliance and luxury service.
