Job summary

Watches of Switzerland Group PLC is seeking a Rolex Quick Service Aftercare Technician to act as the showroom's technical aftercare expert, guiding clients through the service journey with precision and discretion.

You will assess timepieces, perform approved interventions, and advise on repair and servicing needs, ensuring an exceptional experience from intake to collection with collaboration from Rolex service centres.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills essential for client interactions.
• Empathy and professionalism when addressing client queries.
• Excellent hand/eye coordination for precise timepiece work.
• Good manual dexterity for delicate components.
• Background in a detailed process-led manual craft (engineering/electronics/art/textiles/music).
• Willing to work out of hours for VIP events and to train in remote UK locations.

Responsibilities

• Assess timepieces and carry out approved technical interventions.
• Provide expert advice on repair and servicing requirements.
• Ensure a seamless client journey from intake through to collection.
• Collaborate with clients, watchmakers, and Rolex service centres to uphold standards.
• Uphold the highest standards of quality, compliance, and luxury service.
