Job summary

Watches of Switzerland Group is seeking a Rolex Quick Service Aftercare Technician for our Nottingham showroom. You will act as the technical aftercare expert, guiding clients from intake through collection, delivering expert repair and servicing recommendations with a seamless, luxury experience.

You will collaborate with clients, watchmakers and service centres, upholding the highest standards of quality and client relationships while supporting VIP events and occasional UK travel for remote

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Manage clients queries with empathy and professionalism
• Excellent hand/eye coordination
• Good manual dexterity
• Craft curious - background in a detailed process led manual craft as a profession, study or hobby (engineering, electronics, art, textiles, music etc)
• Happy to work out of hours for VIP events
• Willing to train in remote locations within the UK
