Job summary
The Watches of Switzerland Group is seeking a Rolex Quick Service Aftercare Technician to be the showroom's technical aftercare expert, guiding clients through intake to collection with exceptional service. You will assess timepieces, perform approved interventions, and advise on repair and servicing needs while upholding luxury standards.
You will work closely with clients, colleagues, watchmakers and Rolex service centres, ensuring compliance, quality and a memorable client journey across
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Empathetic handling of client queries
- Precise hand-eye coordination required
- Strong manual dexterity for delicate watches
- Background in a detailed craft or technical hobby (engineering, electronics, art, textiles, music)
- Willing to work out of hours for VIP events
- Willing to train in remote locations within the UK
Responsibilities
- Assess timepieces and perform approved technical interventions
- Provide expert advice on repair and servicing requirements
- Ensure a seamless customer journey from intake to collection
