Job summary

Watches of Switzerland Group is seeking a Rolex Quick Service Aftercare Technician for its Nottingham showroom. You will assess timepieces, perform approved interventions, and advise on servicing needs while guiding clients through the journey from intake to collection.

Collaborate with clients, colleagues, watchmakers and Rolex service centres to maintain the highest standards of quality and luxury service, supporting aftercare performance and building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Manage clients queries with empathy and professionalism.
• Excellent hand/eye coordination.
• Good manual dexterity.
• Background in a detailed process led manual craft (engineering, electronics, art, textiles, music etc).
• Happy to work out of hours for VIP events.
• Willing to train in remote locations within the UK.

Responsibilities

• Assess timepieces and carry out approved technical interventions.
• Provide expert advice on repair and servicing requirements.
• Ensure a seamless client journey from intake to collection.
• Collaborate with clients, watchmakers and Rolex service centres to uphold quality and luxury service.
• Contribute to aftercare performance and build lasting client relationships.
