Job summary

Sapphire is seeking a Pre-Sales Solutions Architect to bridge cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions with client needs. You’ll design tailored configurations and present compelling proposals during client meetings, webinars and events.

Collaborating with Sales and Account Managers, you’ll lead technical discussions, help identify product opportunities, and share knowledge as a Subject Matter Expert in InfoSec through training and webinars.

Qualifications

• Experience in information security for large organisations.
• Deep knowledge of SIEM, XDR, firewalls, especially Microsoft Security.
• CISSP, CISM or CISA or similar certifications.

Responsibilities

• Solution Design: Tailor solutions to client needs for maximum ROI
• Customer Engagement: Lead tech discussions in client meetings, webinars, & events
• Solution Presentation: Craft & deliver compelling proposals that win clients over
• Account Development: Support Account Managers to identify cross-sell opportunities
• Product Development: Collaborate with sales to discover product opportunities
• Knowledge Sharing: Be a Subject Matter Expert in InfoSec; host training and webinars
