Rocksteady Music School Limited is seeking a dedicated Band Leader to teach in-school rock and pop band lessons across a regional area in Cumbria. You will foster musical growth in primary-aged children, teaching drums, guitar, bass, keyboard and vocals in a dynamic, supportive team environment.

The role is full-time and permanent, with travel between schools, fuel contributions, and a company bonus scheme. Training is provided to develop teaching methods and confidence.

Competenze

• No teaching experience required, full training provided.
• UK/EU driving licence and own transport required.
• Full-time, permanent role with regular travel between schools.

Mansioni

• Teach groups of primary-age children in a rock/pop band format at up to 10 schools per week.
• Teach instruments including drums, guitar, bass, keyboard and vocals.
• Drive between schools, load/unload equipment and set up at each location.
• Inspire children through live performances at end-of-term concerts.
