Rocksteady Music School in Lancashire is seeking a dedicated Rock and Pop Music Teacher to cover multiple schools regionally. You’ll teach primary-age students in a dynamic band setting, covering drums, guitar, bass, keyboard and vocals, with full training provided.

Role involves traveling between schools, driving your own car to transport equipment, and engaging children through live, end-of-term performances while representing Rocksteady to teachers and parents.

Formación

• No teaching experience required – full training provided.
• UK/EU driving licence and own transport required.
• Willingness to travel between schools across a regional area.
• Commitment to safeguarding and working with children.

Responsabilidades

• Teach groups of primary-age children in a fun rock and pop band format in up to 10 schools per week.
• Teach drums, guitar, bass, keyboard and vocals to beginners.
• Work independently within a remote team of band leaders and central teams.
• Support live performances at end-of-term concerts and help children build confidence.
• Represent Rocksteady and maintain relationships with schools, teachers and parents.
• Be prepared for active days and travel between schools with equipment.
