Mpeople Recruitment is seeking a Credit Controller / B2B Collections Executive for a well-established client in Rochdale. The role requires recent B2B collections or credit control experience and involves managing a substantial caseload while driving timely debt recovery.

You will negotiate payments, liaise with insurers and third parties, and ensure accurate records. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with a 37.5-hour week in Rochdale.

Qualifications

• Experience recovering money from businesses or commercial customers.
• Experience in B2B credit control, commercial collections, accounts receivable or debt recovery.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of up to 300 claims and pursue outstanding payments.
• Negotiate payment terms and achieve successful recovery outcomes.
• Liaise with insurers, solicitors, businesses and third parties to resolve disputes.
