Cameo Consultancy (Recruitment) Limited is seeking a Technical Sales Manager with robotics focus to drive the UK market for robotic cleaning technology and digital solutions. You will own the sales strategy, identify opportunities and work with Area and Key Account Managers to grow revenue.

Ideal candidates bring proven technical/solution-based or B2B sales experience, strong robotics knowledge, and excellent communication. Hybrid work options and a comprehensive benefits package are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical, solution-based or B2B sales.
• Understanding robotics technology and its applications.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong commercial and strategic thinking.
• Experience supporting or developing sales teams.
• Customer-focused with problem-solving mindset.
• Strong analytical, planning and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to travel across the UK and occasionally overseas.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a winning UK sales strategy for robotics and digital solutions.
• Identify new markets, sectors and opportunities to drive revenue.
• Build strong relationships with key customers, distributors and industry contacts.
• Coach and support sales colleagues to grow robotics sales.
• Demonstrate value and applications of robotic solutions to customers.
• Manage sales pipelines, conversions and commercial performance.
• Lead negotiations and close opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competition and customer needs.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Training, Service, Hire and Customer Care teams.
