Job summary

Movu Robotics in the United Kingdom is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support After Sales & Service. You will test, repair and maintain shuttle systems at customer sites, provide L1/L2 support, and deliver end-user training on-site and internally.

You will assist in commissioning Movu systems and identify service opportunities. Occasional international trips and weekend shifts may be required; safety in height and cold storage is part of some projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Electromechanics or relevant experience.
• Willing to travel short periods abroad.
• Skilled in MS Office and Teams; willing to learn custom software packets.
• Customer-focused, social, team player with a proactive mindset.
• Willing to work in shifts and weekend if needed.
• No fear of heights or vertigo.

Responsibilities

• Test, repair, and maintain shuttle systems at customer sites across the UK.
• Provide technical support (L1 & L2) via helpdesk and remote assistance.
• Deliver training to end-users and integrators on-site and internally.
• Assist in commissioning Movu systems (atlas, escala, ifollow and others).
• Detect and report commercial service opportunities (spare parts, service packs).
• Available for short international trips (Mon-Fri), and willing to work in shifts and weekends.
• Some projects take place at height or in refrigerated areas with safety systems in place.
