Job summary

Humanoid in London is hiring an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to bridge product development and production for our humanoid robot platform. You will establish robust manufacturing processes, close DFMA feedback loops with engineering teams, and guide the transition from in‑house to contract manufacturing partners, ensuring scalable, production‑ready tooling and documentation.

You will work across Hardware Engineering, Prototype Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality

Qualifications

5+ years in Manufacturing Engineering or Advanced Manufacturing roles.
Experience with complex electromechanical robotics.
Strong understanding of MBOM, BOP, PFMEA, and process documentation.
Ability to collaborate with design engineering to improve manufacturability.

Responsibilities

Design for Manufacturing & Assembly (DFMA) feedback loops with Hardware Engineering.
Develop and optimise assembly processes, work instructions, tooling and fixtures.
Drive manufacturability improvements to reduce cost, cycle time and risk.
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) from concept to production readiness.
Coordinate with Contract Manufacturing partners during ramp‑up and scale.
