Job summary

Humanoid in London is seeking a Senior or Staff Software Engineer to join the Data Platform team. You will own and deliver complex data-centric systems, building an internal platform to empower engineers and operators working with HMND-01 Alpha humanoid robots.

Expect collaboration across ML, data engineering, and product teams to scale capabilities and improve data workflows. You will design reliable APIs, develop data pipelines at scale, and own production reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering with end-to-end delivery experience.
• Strong backend engineering with production-grade API design and reliability.
• PB+ scale data pipelines, batch/streaming processing, data quality.

Responsibilities

• Build the Capability Factory internal platform for engineers and operators.
• Curate and manage large-scale robot telemetry datasets.
• Design and operate scalable data pipelines and compute infrastructure.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across projects.
