Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Product Specialist in the North-West to promote hip and knee products to Orthopaedic Surgeons and optimize customer service. The role involves providing clinical support during Mako procedures and growing existing accounts through technical expertise.

The successful candidate will train surgeons in robotic-assisted and manual procedures, engage with the sales team, and travel as needed across the UK region. A degree and 2+ years of clinical experience are required.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent required and a minimum of 2+ years clinical experience.
• Excellent communication in English and ability to interact with surgeons and hospital staff.

Responsibilities

• Promote hip and knee products to Orthopaedic Surgeons.
• Provide front-line clinical and technical support during Mako procedures.
• Train and guide surgeons in use of Stryker’s Mako robot and pre-operative planning.
• Maintain and grow existing accounts through technical expertise and customer service.
• Collaborate with Sales Team and other departments to secure wins and meet KPIs.
