Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Product Specialist in the North-West to promote hip and knee products to Orthopaedic Surgeons and optimize customer service. You will provide clinical support during Mako procedures, prepare CT planning reviews, and help grow existing accounts with technical expertise.

The role emphasizes independence with mentorship, a strong ethics standard, and collaboration across the Sales Team. A degree and clinical experience are required, with travel to customer sites expected.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 2+ years clinical experience.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as front-line clinical and technical support to surgeons and hospital staff before, during and after surgical procedures.
• Train and guide surgeons and hospital staff in the use of Stryker’s Mako robot including set-up and intra-operative activities.
• Prepare pre-operative CT scans for assigned cases and assist surgeons in implant planning.
• Troubleshoot and solve technical issues related to the robot independently or via escalation.
• Partner with Field Service to ensure maintenance is delivered and issues resolved.
• Develop knowledge of Stryker implants and robotics applications for trusted case coverage.
• Educate surgeons on clinical benefits of the robot with confidence and respect.
