Job summary

Engineered Arts seeks a hands-on technical generalist to support installations, rentals and on-site demonstrations. You will travel to customer sites, diagnose faults, and ensure smooth robot operations across events and trade shows.

The role is field-based, with on-site deployment, spare parts coordination, and close collaboration with QA and engineering teams. A valid UK driving license is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in customer-facing technical roles such as field service or AV
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally
• Able to diagnose hardware faults and restore function
• Full UK driving license
