Job summary

Engineered Arts LLC in London, UK is seeking a Robotics Operations Engineer to support customers from setup to lifetime operation of Ameca and Mesmer robots. You will diagnose issues, perform maintenance, and ensure robots perform reliably for live events and demonstrations.

The role involves travel to client sites, helping with installations, providing training, and managing on-site incentives for rentals and shows, while collaborating with the engineering team to keep robots in peak condition.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer facing roles.
• Electronics fundamentals and ability to diagnose issues with standard tools such as multimeter and oscilloscopes.
• Mechanical assembly experience, professional or hobby.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to travel to most global destinations without visa requirements.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience exhibiting at trade shows.
• Experience in supporting complex mechanical devices or machine tools.
• Computer networking knowledge and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with customers on requirements of the venue (power and network connectivity).
• Executing final check and robot packing prior to shipping, plus return checks and maintenance.
• Travel to customer premises or rental venues for setup and installation.
• Train customer stakeholders on safe usage and maintenance of robots.
• Being on-site for rentals to ensure robots work well during the rental period and return shipping.
