Job summary

RAC is seeking a Roadside Technician in the UK. You’ll hold a Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification (or equivalent) with at least 2 years’ experience, and operate across the Walsall cluster, fixing faults at the roadside, performing diagnostics, and delivering calm, confident support to members.

Start and finish at home with demand-led shifts averaging around 40 hours per week and optional overtime.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) with 2+ years’ experience
• Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair
• Perform vehicle diagnostics
