Job summary
RAC Motoring Services is seeking a Roadside Technician to deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support across the UK. You will diagnose faults, perform repairs, and help members continue their journeys safely with confident, customer-focused service.
Starting on your driveway, you’ll work demand-led shifts averaging 40 hours per week, with optional overtime. A structured development pathway and IMI accreditation opportunities support your career growth.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) with 2+ years' experience or 5+ years' experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic and a full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points
- Proven diagnostic capability with latest equipment and software
