Roadside Technician
Hours: Average 40 hours per week (overtime available)
Location: Dagenham & Romford
Salary: £40,000 base (inclusive of London Weighting) OTE: £60,000+
As a Roadside Technician you will be the calm, confident expert drivers rely on when things don’t go to plan. From battery failures and tyre issues to complex diagnostics you will deliver fast, professional roadside repairs while providing reassurance when it matters most.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Deliver expert roadside mechanical repairs and diagnostics
  • Support stranded drivers with confidence and professionalism
  • Diagnose faults efficiently using modern diagnostic equipment
  • Provide excellent customer service in high-pressure situations
  • Manage a wide variety of call-outs – no two days are the same
What You’ll Need
  • Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification (or equivalent)
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic experience
  • A customer-first mindset
  • A full UK driving licence
