Job summary

The RAC is seeking a Superflex Roadside Mechanic for the Warrington area. You will be part of the Warrington cluster, helping members back on the road locally with a RAC van, fuel card, and full uniform provided from day one.

Expect a base salary of £50,669 with overtime/bonuses up to £57,000. Shifts run between 06:00 and 02:00, averaging around 40 hours per week, with rosters provided in advance.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent with 2+ years' experience.
• Or 5+ years' experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
• Structured development pathway with accredited progression available.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults and repair at roadside to get members back on the road.
• Manage your own toolkit, van stock, and reports with precision.
• Provide excellent service and support to RAC members in dynamic roadside environments.
