The RAC is seeking a Superflex Roadside Mechanic to join the Guildford cluster. You’ll work across Guildford, Woking, Farnham, Camberley, Aldershot, Fleet and nearby towns, starting from home with a RAC van, fuel card, full uniform, and diagnostic kit provided.

Expect shift patterns from 06:00 to 02:00 and a 40-hour week, with time off scheduled in advance. Competitive base pay of £55,869 per year, with the potential to earn up to £61,000 including bonuses and overtime.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) with 2+ years’ experience
• 5+ years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points

Responsabilités

• Respond to roadside assistance calls and diagnose faults
• Carry out repairs on-site and ensure vehicles are back on the road
• Manage and maintain your own toolkit and van stock
• Provide excellent customer service and support to RAC members
