Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking Digital Engineers to join our Roads Digital Engineering team. You will work alongside engineers, designers and project managers across infrastructure projects, delivering digital engineering and information management solutions.

The role offers hybrid working with access to offices across the UK. You will develop digital workflows, support model federation and design coordination, and apply automation to improve quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in Digital Engineering, BIM, Information Management or related fields.
• Understanding of engineering/infrastructure delivery and how digital tech supports it.
• Experience using digital platforms and workflows in multidisciplinary projects.
• Ability to translate challenges into practical digital solutions improving efficiency and quality.
• Familiarity with ProjectWise, iTwin, Autodesk platforms, SharePoint, Power Platform, FME, ArcGIS, Python, C#, Dynamo or Grasshopper.

Responsibilities

• Support mobilisation and delivery of Digital Engineering and Information Management across projects.
• Set up and support Common Data Environments and digital collaboration platforms (ProjectWise, Autodesk, SharePoint).
• Develop and improve digital workflows for project information lifecycle.
• Support design coordination through model federation, clash detection and issue management.
• Assist in implementation and improvement of CAD/BIM environments, standards and digital assurance processes.
• Develop digital tools, scripts and dashboards using Power Platform, FME, Python, C#, Dynamo and Grasshopper.
• Visualise project data to support delivery and decision-making.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement in the Digital Engineering community.
• Provide technical guidance and training to project teams on digital systems.
