Sussex Police is recruiting a Safety Camera Officer to join our Safety Camera Unit near Guildford. You will help reduce road collisions by enforcing camera detected offences and supporting Surrey RoadSafe commitments, working as part of a policing family.

The role requires experience using databases, data analysis, strong interpersonal skills, and a full driving licence. We offer flexible working where possible and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience using databases for administrative purposes.
• Ability to analyse large quantities of data accurately.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the public.
• Full valid driving licence and willingness to pass Driving Assessment.
• Ability to assimilate knowledge of current legislation on camera offences.
• Ability to work to strict timescales in a calm, flexible manner.
• Aptitude for operating technology.
