Sussex Police near Guildford is seeking Case Administrators to join the Safety Camera Unit within the Surrey RoadSafe initiative. You will help enforce camera detected offences and support data handling in a policing environment.

You will respond to public inquiries in writing or by telephone, prepare forms, and assemble statements and prosecution files to support court proceedings. Flexible working options and a supportive team await.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and administrative skills are essential.
• Proven ability to input data accurately and maintain vital police records.

Responsabilités

• Processing of speed, red light and red X offences detected by safety cameras.
• Responding to enquiries from the public in writing or by telephone, ensuring forms are dispatched on time and statements and prosecution files are compiled accurately.
• Willingness to undertake training to become proficient in departmental computer systems, printing and mailing technology.
