Road Logistics Cross Border Specialist

We are looking for a Cross Border Specialist to strengthen our team!

Your Role

You'll play a key role in maintaining compliance with customer SOPs, industry regulations, and road freight operations, while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. Your Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance in all aspects of the road freight import, export, cross trade, and domestic distribution operation.
• Build relationships with all stakeholders.
• Build relationships with all colleagues to ensure a smooth operation.
• Communicate effectively and quickly with all stakeholders to ensure customer excellence.
• Follow KPIs and drive impact via Data Quality.
• Identify escalations early and report to your line manager before they become unmanageable.
