Role: Transport Coordinator

You will play a key role at the centre of our operation, contributing to our customers enjoying their favourite M&S food.

Our Crewe operation is looking for candidates who can commit to a Days shift pattern: 4 on, 3 off, Sunday to Wednesday, 0600 to 1800.

Responsibilities and Requirements

As a Transport Coordinator, you will:

• Brief and debrief drivers, being their first point of contact
• Ensure legal license compliance and operational excellence, including cost and service management
• Handle live issues with high customer care standards and escalate when necessary
• Monitor routes for timeliness and escalate issues to the shift Team Manager
• Manage administrative tasks related to payroll, holidays, and schedules using Kronos

Ideal candidates will have experience in transport administration, be PC literate with Word and Excel, and have excellent attention to detail.
