We’re currently recruiting for a Logistics Operations Manager to support our Leeds Depot (WF6 1RY) on a permanent, full-time basis. As a Logistics Operations Manager, you will be responsible for working cross-functionally to foster a culture of excellence. Your role will be integral to the success and growth of our logistics operations.

• Job Title: Logistics Operations Manager
• Location: Leeds Depot (WF6 1RY)
• Contract: Full-time, Permanent
• Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday

Logistics Operations Manager Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop a culture of aspiration and excellence to enable the site to deliver the OGSM.
2. Embed Müller Excellence and deliver high performance through PMS principles and KPI management.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and industry relationships to maximize performance and identify synergies.
4. Support the preparation of annual budgets following GO principles and monitor deviations.
5. Lead change and projects through problem-solving and facilitation skills.
6. Create a culture that delivers OE opportunities, improving processes, customer service, and best practices.
7. Drive volume growth and manage the function's cost centre.
8. Responsible for contingency planning and incident control.
9. Demonstrate health and safety leadership, embedding the Müller safety culture.
10. Ensure process confirmation, legal, and audit compliance.
11. Provide leadership through coaching, mentoring, and people management.
12. Manage performance reviews, development, coaching, and employee relations.
13. Create succession pathways for potential and growth.
14. Promote MMI Distribution behaviours across all levels.
15. Qualified DTAS auditor.
16. Drive a best-in-class service model by addressing adverse impacts to customer service.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

1. Warehouse operational experience (required)
2. Warehouse/Transport operational startup experience (required)
3. CPC National holder (Transport only)
4. Experience in accident/incident investigation
5. Strong problem-solving and facilitation skills
6. Commercial focus with a drive for volume growth

8. Qualified DTAS auditor (desirable)
