Job summary

Sammons Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Field Service Vending Engineer in Oxfordshire to install, service, maintain, and repair vending and coffee machines on customer sites. The role is field-based and involves working on the road with a strong emphasis on practical problem solving and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include fault-finding, installation, commissioning, testing, and completing service reports.

Qualifications

• Hands-on engineering background with fault-finding, maintenance, servicing, or repairs.
• Experience with vending, coffee machines, catering equipment, electrical appliances, or similar machinery is highly desirable.
• Good understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Attend customer sites to install, service, maintain, and repair vending machines, coffee machines, and other associated appliances.
• Carry out electrical and mechanical fault-finding to identify faults and determine the appropriate repair.
• Diagnose issues with vending and coffee machines, including electrical, mechanical, electronic, and component-related faults.
