Job summary

Selecta is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our Technical department in the UK, delivering high-quality service to customers by servicing and maintaining vending equipment to a high standard. Your duties include diagnosing and repairing faults on a full range of vending equipment, aiming for first-visit fixes, prioritising persistent faults, and attending training courses to maintain workmanship.

Qualifications

• Strong electrical knowledge/experience demonstrated through practical work.
• Full UK driving licence with at least 12 months driving experience and no more than 6 points.
• Able to work on your own initiative and provide high-quality service to clients.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair faults on a complete range of vending equipment.
• Strive for first-visit resolutions and prioritise persistent faults.
• Maintain access to technical manuals/documentation relevant to servicing equipment.
• Attend training courses to maintain high workmanship standards.
• Maintain good customer relations and adhere to health and safety policies.
• Keep company vehicle in a roadworthy condition and tidy at all times.
• Work a 1 in 4 weekend shift rota.
