Job summary

Line Up Aviation in Fareham is seeking a Training Delivery Instructor for WE Sensors and CIS Maintenance to deliver Royal Navy Phase 3 training on sensor and CIS equipment. Role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, based in Fareham. Salary is £42,000 per year.

Applicants must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level. The instructor will deliver training on maintenance of RN Sonar and CIS equipment, using performance data to drive improvements and harmonise delivery

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance of Royal Navy Sensor and CIS Equipment.
• Experience in maintenance of Sonar systems.
• Experience in maintenance of RN WE Sensor and CIS Equipment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training in maintenance of Royal Navy Sonar systems for RN WE Training Unit.
• Use performance data to drive continuous improvement across RN WE training.
• Identify best practices to inform quality and improvement initiatives across training establishments.
• Implement consistent systems to harmonise training delivery across RN locations.
• Ensure KPIs and SLAs are met while supporting personalised learning journeys.
