Job summary

Capita's Selborne division in Portsmouth is seeking a Training Delivery Instructor - Control Systems to deliver RN Control Systems training to Weapon Engineers. The role focuses on guiding Royal Navy students through Phase 3 career courses, combining practical and theory-based instruction.

The position is full-time on a term-time basis (45 weeks per year) with pro-rata salary up to £42,000 and benefits including onsite facilities.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 3 in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience maintaining Control systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training on RN Control Systems to support RN Weapon Engineering Department.
• Deliver both practical and theory-based training.
• Use data to drive continuous improvement and learner outcomes across Royal Navy training.
• Collaborate with Learning and Development to tailor learner journeys and assessments.
• Represent the needs of Weapons Engineering Training to the Delivery Team Leader.
